Orders & Production

NYRVA operates on limited batch production.


Certain pieces are produced within scheduled manufacturing windows rather than held as mass inventory. Production timelines are displayed on each product page.


Tracking information is sent automatically once an order ships.

 


International Orders

Orders shipped outside the United States may incur customs duties or import taxes determined by your country’s border authority. These fees are not included in shipping costs and must be paid before delivery.


NYRVA does not control customs charges or processing times.


For shipment updates, contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

Returns & Store Credit

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if items remain in new condition with tags attached.


Approved returns receive store credit only issued via email after inspection.


We do not offer monetary refunds or exchanges.
