RETURNS & STORE CREDIT POLICY

NYRVA operates on a limited production model. Due to the nature of our releases, all purchases are considered final once an order is placed.

We do not offer refunds, payment reversals, or exchanges.

Approved returns are eligible for store credit only.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn

• Tags must remain attached

• Item must be in new condition

• No damage, odor, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email.

Store credit:

• is equal to the value of the returned item

• can be used toward any future NYRVA purchase

• does not expire

NYRVA does not issue monetary refunds under any circumstance.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Archive pieces

• Items marked Final Sale

• Worn or altered garments

• Items returned outside the 7 day window
