Shipping

All shipping cost is at the expense of the customer this includes returns/exchange shipping.

Please be advised for all international orders that duties and taxes vary based on country. All duties and taxes are at the expense of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds to the original form of payment are not eligible unless the item is defective (damaged). Please contact customer service at cs@nyrva.us for support with any issues related to defective (damaged) item.

Archive Items

All archive items are FINAL SALE.

Taxes & Duties

WE are not responsible for taxes and duties if your package returns to us for any reason we aren't required to issue you a refund or store credit.

Payments

Payments for all products are accepted through paypal, shopify and stripe. All prices are in USD. Please note the terms and conditions for the payments gateway chosen for the transaction are responsible for the transactions made.

Made To Order

All Made to Order / Pre-order items ship within an estimated six (6) weeks.

ALL MADE TO ORDER/PRE-ORDER items are available in our MADE TO ORDER section. 

MADE TO ORDER/ PRE ORDER items shipping may be impacted by delays due to Covid-19 restrictions. Your order may experience delays due to  + current delays with UPS which is outside of our control.

Exchanges

Item(s) will be accepted for exchange as long as the item(s) is in new condition with tags in place. ANY damaged item(s) will not be accepted.

You have up to 7 days from receiving your item(s) to return the item(s) for store credit or exchange.

Please be advised that exchange shipping is at customer expense.

Returns

We accept returned items in new condition with tags in place and without damage. Store credit will be issued via email once we have received the item(s). Please note that you have up to 7 days from receiving your item to return the item(s) for STORE CREDIT. Items listed in our ARCHIVE section are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. All return shipping is at customer expense. 30- 90 days for payment return.

 

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders

**Disclaimer:** Once packages are picked up by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We recommend that customers contact the carrier directly for any issues related to the delivery of their order.
