NYRVA Store Policies

Shipping

  • All shipping costs are at the customer's expense, including return and exchange shipping.
  • For international orders, duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • Refunds to the original form of payment are NOT available unless the item is defective (damaged).
  • If you receive a defective (damaged) item, please contact cs@nyrva.us for support.

Taxes & Duties

  • We are not responsible for taxes or duties.
  • If your package is returned to us due to unpaid taxes/duties or any other reason, we are not required to issue a refund or store credit.

Payments

  • Payments are accepted via PayPal, Shopify, and Stripe.
  • All prices are in USD.
  • Please note that the terms and conditions of your selected payment gateway apply to all transactions.

Made to Order / Pre-Order

  • All Made to Order / Pre-Order items ship within an estimated six (6) weeks.
  • Made to Order / Pre-Order items are listed in our MADE TO ORDER section.
  • Shipping times may be impacted by delays due to COVID-19 restrictions and UPS carrier delays, which are outside of our control.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted as long as the item is in new condition with tags in place.
  • ANY damaged items will not be accepted.
  • Customers have 7 days from receiving their item(s) to initiate an exchange or store credit.
  • Exchange shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Returns

  • We accept returns in new condition with tags in place and without damage.
  • Store credit will be issued via email once the return is received.
  • Customers have 7 days from receiving their item(s) to initiate a return for store credit.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Return labels may be issued if there is an error on the part of the NYRVA Shipping Department.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders

  • Disclaimer: Once packages are picked up by the carrier, NYRVA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  • If you experience issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
