NYRVA Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returned items in new condition with tags in place and without damage.

  • Store Credit Only: Once we receive your return, store credit will be issued via email.
  • No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for any cancellations or returns—only store credit.
  • Return Window: You have up to 7 days from receiving your item to initiate a return for store credit.
  • Final Sale Items: Any items listed ON SALE are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. However, return labels may be issued if there is an error on the part of the NYRVA Shipping Department.

We do not offer credit card, debit card, or PayPal refunds—only store credit.
